Originally from Costa Rica, Yuls has been practicing yoga for over a decade. What started as a fitness routine became a path to self-discovery, creativity, and balance. For her, yoga is a way to disconnect to connect—to move, breathe, and grow beyond the mat.
Certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Meditation (FIYI200 & RYS200), she helps others find strength, stillness, and flow.
